Job Description:
  • Manage cash flows: Ensure timely receipt of payments from customers, process invoices, and reconcile accounts.
  • Credit control: Analyze customer accounts, identify potential issues, and take proactive steps to resolve disputes.
  • Communication: Develop strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Analysis and reporting: Prepare regular financial reports, analyze trends, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Finance or accounting qualification: Essential for this role, as you will be responsible for managing cash flows and analyzing financial data.
  • Credit control experience: Previous experience in credit control or collections is highly desirable, as you will need to effectively manage customer accounts and resolve disputes.
  • Strong communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills: Strong analytical skills are required to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
