Job Summary:

A skilled finance professional is sought after to monitor and track cash inflows and outflows across various project accounts.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of the company's cash position is crucial for ensuring sufficient liquidity to meet short-term financial obligations.

The ideal candidate will prepare and update both short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts, analyze historical cash flow data and trends to improve forecast accuracy, and perform scenario analyses to assess cash flow under varying business conditions.

Responsibilities include preparing monthly cash flow and working capital reports for management review, conducting variance analyses comparing actual cash flow against forecasts and plans, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities affecting cash flow, and collaborating with finance and operations teams to collect data for cash flow analysis.

Additional responsibilities include coordinating with accounts receivable and accounts payable teams to optimize cash conversion cycles, recommending strategies to improve working capital efficiency, monitoring and optimizing payment and collection timelines, supporting the execution of cash flow hedging strategies, ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements, driving automation and process improvements for cash reporting and forecasting, implementing tools and systems to improve visibility over cash movements, and assisting with audits and providing necessary documentation related to cash flow.

Requirements for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, strong analytical and numerical skills, proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting techniques, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with SAP systems.
