Senior Treasurer Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to monitor and analyze the company's cash flow, ensuring financial stability and supporting informed decision-making. This involves analyzing historical data and trends to improve forecasting accuracy and providing scenario analysis for cash flow under various business conditions.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's liquidity position and working capital requirements.
  • Track inflows and outflows across all project accounts, maintaining updated records of the company's cash position and ensuring sufficient liquidity to meet short-term obligations.
  • Prepare monthly cash flow and working capital reports for management, conducting variance analysis to compare actual cash flow against forecasts and identifying trends, risks, and opportunities in cash flow.
  • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to gather inputs for cash flow analysis, coordinate with accounts receivable and payable teams to improve cash conversion cycles, and analyze and recommend strategies to enhance working capital management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Finance or Accounting.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience in SAP systems.
