Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. This key role will play a vital part in managing the company's cash flow, ensuring timely payments to suppliers and staff.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing supplier invoices, staff and supervisor claims, and payment vouchers, as well as preparing and issuing customer invoices, receipts, and statements.

You will also be tasked with monitoring outstanding receivables, following up on overdue payments, and maintaining a healthy cash flow. Additionally, you will be responsible for updating clients' and suppliers' information, filing and organizing accounting documents, and handling daily cash flow management and performing bank reconciliations.

To succeed in this role, you must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You should also have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience using accounting software.

  • Accounting Skills: Proficient in accounting principles and practices, including financial statement analysis and budgeting.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as experience using accounting software.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
