- Process vendor invoices accurately and authorise payments on time.
- Reconcile invoices with purchase orders and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions.
- Accounts Receivable:
- Generate and send customer invoices accurately and timely.
- Monitor customer accounts for timely payments and follow up on overdue balances.
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger and resolve any discrepancies.
- Stock Data Entry:
- Accurately input stock data into the inventory management system.
- Update stock levels, product details, and other relevant information.
