Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Shipping Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be diligent, possess a keen eye for detail, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Import Documentation

  • Process and manage shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, etc.
  • Coordinate shipments with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.

Shipping Coordination

  • Monitor and track shipments, updating relevant stakeholders as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipping activities and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Administrative Duties

  • Perform general administrative duties, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining shipping records.
  • Update social media marketing contents.
  • Handle correspondence with vendors, suppliers, and customers.

Others

  • Any other duties assigned by the Manager.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

✔️ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
