About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead our recruitment team, drive business growth, and ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire a team of recruiters to achieve business objectives, providing guidance, coaching, and support for high performance and professional development.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business expansion, including market development, client relationship management, and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, offering tailored recruitment solutions, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient recruitment processes, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with company goals.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial targets, tracking revenue and expenses, and working to maximize profitability.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and through new market segments, developing and executing strategies to attract new clients.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure recruitment success, ensuring team goals align with overall company objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, talent market changes, and competitor activities, using insights to refine recruitment strategies and stay competitive in the market.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in any discipline.
  • CEI – KAH certification is required for this position.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in recruitment or staffing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a team, driving business growth, and meeting financial targets in a recruitment or staffing firm.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, talent acquisition, and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and resource management.
