**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Contract Analyst to join our team at Peoplebank Singapore Pte. Ltd. As a key member of our contract management team, you will be responsible for managing and facilitating client contract administration processes, including contract drafting, stakeholders' approvals, and execution.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Serve as the key CCM contract owner for assigned markets, managing and facilitating client contract administration processes
* Liaise with various stakeholders, including Account Executives, Products, Legal, Finance, and Audit, to ensure contracts are developed and approved consistently and promptly
* Manage post-contract administration activities, including distribution of contract information, handling of hardcopies, contracts filing, database management, and audit enquiries
* Maintain accurate and timely records and documents associated with all contracts for management reporting, capacity planning, and audit purposes
* Identify and implement process improvements for assigned markets and/or contract types, and provide value-add services to stakeholders and business partners

**Requirements**

* Bachelor's Degree
* 5-7 years of business service management experience in contract management or business operations, preferably in the payment services industry and related credit and debit processing industries, banking and financial institutions, technology and digital payments, fintech
* Highly-organized self-starter with strong attention to detail, able to multi-task and follow procedures-driven processes
* Excellent proficiency in professional business English, both written and verbal
* Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool, eSignature tool, and computer applications, including Microsoft Office
