Job Title: Contract Logistics Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Logistics Analyst to join our team at Talent Trader Group PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and evaluating information, interpreting warehouse operation process flows, and assessing warehouse productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gathering and Evaluating Information: Gather and evaluate information according to customer requirements or RFP, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of results.
  • Interpreting Warehouse Operation Process Flows: Interpret warehouse operation process flows and deployment requirements from BRD documentation, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Assessing Warehouse Productivity: Assess warehouse productivity and determine the necessary handling resources, ensuring optimal use of resources and minimizing waste.
  • Estimating Costs and Resources: Estimate costs and resources for new RFQ opportunities, providing accurate and reliable data to inform business decisions.
  • Assisting in Sales Meetings: Assist in sales meetings to analyze customer logistics service needs through effective communication and relationship building, driving revenue growth and expanding business opportunities.
  • Aiding in Sales Discussions: Aid in sales discussions to understand customers' supply chain challenges and contribute to end-to-end or warehousing solutions, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Working with Stakeholders: Work with stakeholders to enhance relationships that drive revenue growth within assigned sectors, building strong partnerships and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Developing Presentation Materials: Aid in the development of presentation materials for project proposals, ensuring clear and concise communication of key information and ideas.
Requirements:
  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 3 years experience in contract logistics.
  • Immediate Starter: Immediate starter is preferred.
