Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Retail Merchandiser to join our team at RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory levels, addressing stock-related issues, and maintaining well-organized displays in retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with retail customers, department managers, and sales staff to manage inventory levels and resolve stock-related issues.
  • Maintain well-organized, visually appealing displays in retail stores using the FIFO method.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and store staff to resolve any problems that arise.
  • Conduct in-store sampling to promote products and boost sales.
Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Levels or its equivalent.
  • Related supermarket experience in the retail industry will be an advantage.
  • Quick thinking and handling of situations in a creative setting and a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer:
  • Basic Salary up to $3,500 with yearly increment based on performance.
  • Transport allowance of $400 and handphone allowance of $100.
  • 5.5 days work week (8.30am to 5.30pm) / (8.30am to 1pm).
