Center Manager Job Description

We are seeking a Center Manager to lead our center team. The ideal candidate will have experience in management roles within the education sector.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for students, staff, and parents.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective center management.
  • Manage class schedules, coordinate room allocations, and ensure availability of necessary teaching materials and resources.
  • Supervise and support administrative staff in their daily tasks.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Monitor class quality and adherence to the curriculum.
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and enhance educational programs and activities.
  • Address student behavior, learning difficulties, or parent concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize regular staff training and professional development sessions.
Business Development and Sales:
  • Develop strategies to attract new students and retain existing ones.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional events, and community outreach activities.
  • Monitor enrollment trends and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content.
  • Set, track, and achieve sales targets for student enrollment and program participation.
Financial Management:
  • Prepare and manage the center's budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial sustainability.
  • Implement effective pricing strategies and tuition fee structures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a management role within the education sector.
  • Strong understanding of early childhood and primary education principles.
  • Proven track record of successful business development and growth.
