Job Title: Education Leaders

We are seeking a qualified education leader to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing effective leadership and ensuring the centre's viability.

  • This includes leading a team to inspire and nurture children and their communities.
  • You will provide mentorship to this team of professional teachers and enable them to fulfill their aspirations.
About the Role:

The Education Leader will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the centre, overseeing event planning, and collaborating with teachers to identify professional goals and provide guidance and resources for career advancement.

  • The successful candidate will have a degree in Early Childhood Care and Education or any discipline with a Diploma in Pre-school Education-Leadership (DPL).
  • At least 2 years of relevant supervisory experience in a childcare setting including infant care is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as strong leadership qualities and passion for equipping and inspiring young lives.
  • A strong knowledge in curriculum and pedagogy is also necessary.
Responsibilities:
