Singapore Mynt Education Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Centre Leader to oversee the overall operations, curriculum delivery, and staff management at our preschool. The Centre Leader will play a key role in ensuring that the centre provides a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment that supports children's holistic development, while meeting all regulatory requirements set by the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and direction for the daily operations of the preschool in line with ECDA standards and licensing requirements.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise educators to uphold high standards of teaching and care.
  • Oversee curriculum planning and implementation to ensure quality early childhood programmes.
  • Develop frameworks and processes to support children's learning, safety, and well-being.
  • Engage and build strong partnerships with parents, families, and the community.
  • Manage enrolment, staffing, budgeting, and other administrative functions to achieve centre goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including safety, hygiene, and staff-to-child ratios.
  • Drive continuous improvement and professional development initiatives within the centre.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education – Leadership (DECCE-L) or equivalent, recognised by ECDA.
  • At least 2–3 years of leadership/management experience in a preschool setting.
  • Strong understanding of ECDA licensing standards and curriculum frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
  • Passionate about early childhood education and committed to the holistic development of young children.
