Job Description:

As a Centre Manager at MindSpace, you'll play a key role in driving the success of your centres. Your focus is on increasing enrolments and delivering an exceptional experience for both parents and students (our Champs).

You will lead a team of operations staff and trainers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, high-quality programme delivery, and top-tier customer satisfaction.

The job entails leading and managing all enrolment activities: parent consultations, centre tours, follow-ups, and closing new sign-ups/renewals. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies and track and analyse enrolment data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.

Additionally, you will be responsible for building strong, trusting relationships with parents and Champs. This includes being the main point of contact for all parent communication and engagement, fostering a professional, service-driven culture within your centre, and driving parent testimonials and Google reviews.

Furthermore, you will supervise and support your team to uphold service and performance standards, conduct regular performance check-ins and reviews, and guide staff through daily problem-solving and operations.

The job also involves overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth class and event execution, upholding programme quality in line with Champion Gold Standards, ensuring readiness of teaching spaces, student safety, and learning materials, and overseeing payroll verification and centre documentation.

Finally, you will maintain accurate enrolment, invoicing, and payment records and submit regular centre performance and operational reports to the Centre Director.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Management or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the education/enrichment sector
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Proven track record in sales, customer service, and centre operations
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised, proactive, and results-driven
  • Comfortable with CRM systems and basic reporting tools
  • Willing to work weekends and evenings
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Passionate about education and creating positive learning experiences
