Senior Financial Planning Analyst

As a Regional FP&A Senior/Analyst, you will play a crucial part in supporting key business initiatives including system form project evaluation, financial reporting, cost analysis, and the development of strategic financial tools and systems.
The role requires collaboration with multiple functional and country FP&A teams to provide actionable insights, enhance financial modelling and forecasting, and support data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Manage monthly reporting deliverables such as business variance reviews (BVR), monitor project costs, and conduct variance analyses.
- Support senior management through robust financial modelling, scenario planning, and profitability assessments.
- Leverage business intelligence (BI) tools to generate meaningful insights into business performance to drive informed decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA and/or CPA/ACCA/CFA preferred.
- Relevant years of experience in a similar FP&A or analytical role.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills; experience with BI and reporting tools would be highly desirable.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure.
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across teams.
