Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for the monthly review and analysis of actual reported process costs, comparing them to plan. They will also perform quarterly reviews and analyses of projected process costs, comparing them to prior plans and established goals and benchmarks.

Additionally, the Senior Financial Analyst will ensure ongoing consistency and relevance of data made available to Manufacturing management, continuously working to improve coordination and communication amongst various site and global finance teams.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or relevant education field is required. At least 3-5 years of relevant experience are necessary. Experiences in standard costing and variance reporting are highly preferred. Good communication skills and proficiency in using MS Excel are essential. Proficiency in Dashboard building in Power BI, Tableau is also required. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, interpreting and implementing financial concepts for financial planning and control, gathering, analyzing, preparing and summarizing recommendations for financial plans, trended future requirements, operating forecasts etc.
