Senior Financial Planning Analyst

The Senior Financial Planning Analyst will play a key role in the revenue planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for geographies in Asia Pacific. This individual will lead cross-functional teams to analyze financial results and revenue driver trends, providing actionable insights to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of revenue planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for Asia-Pacific region
- Collaborate with internal partners from finance and analytics teams to produce in-depth analysis of financial results and revenue driver trends
- Develop and maintain complex models to analyze business performance, utilizing data visualization tools to communicate findings to senior leadership
- Proactively identify and communicate business implications of analysis and simplify complex issues for executives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance (Accountancy/Business) or equivalent with at least 10+ years relevant post-qualification experience, including 4+ years in FP&A
- Management consulting experience is an advantage
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and storytelling skills
- Ability to connect the dots and grasp conceptual models
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required; Proficient in data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
