Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Relationship Consultant to join our team. As a Customer Relationship Consultant, you will be responsible for handling incoming inquiries and responding to emails and messages from diverse family groups.

Our ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of family needs and provide thoughtful, tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

  • Maintain client records and follow up on issue resolution.
  • Proactively analyze client feedback and propose improvement strategies.
  • Actively promote company-organized events or programs for clients.

What We Expect from You

  • Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills; fluency in Mandarin and dialect is a plus to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Patience and attention to detail in addressing client needs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • A confident, proactive, and determined personality.
