Contract Negotiator

We are seeking a skilled Contract Negotiator to support our business teams in managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts. The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build trust with stakeholders and drive commercial agreements.

Responsibilities
  • Drafting & Review: Develop and review contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Contract Management: Maintain contract records, monitor key deadlines, and ensure timely renewals, amendments, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Risk & Compliance Oversight: Identify potential contractual or compliance risks and ensure contracts align with industry regulations and internal policies.
  • Vendor Onboarding/Offboarding: Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for vendors, ensuring alignment with business needs and expectations.
  • Vendor Governance & Monitoring: Track contract milestones, deadlines, and vendor obligations, ensuring performance and compliance with contract terms.
  • Process Improvement & Evaluation: Conduct vendor performance reviews, due diligence checks, and continuously enhance vendor management procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Key qualifications include:

  • Strong knowledge of commercial and contract law.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in managing contracts and vendor relationships.
  • Experience with IT projects and outsourcing agreements.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and implications on business.
