Commercial Agreement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Commercial Agreement Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and analyzing Request for Proposal (RFP) documents to provide directors with a clear indication of project requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess a recognized diploma in quantity surveying or business administration, along with 1-3 years of relevant working experience in quantity surveying or contracts. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, are also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist project directors in resource planning, data entry, and business development work.
- Formulate fee proposals and perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Business Administration or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying or Contracts.
- Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge in contracts review and contract-related risk management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
