Job Title: Commercial Agreements Manager

This position requires an individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks and responsibilities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and productivity.

The role of a Commercial Agreements Manager is to oversee customer information, adhere to data workflows, and perform quality checks. As part of this position, you will handle second-level enquiries, investigate complaints, and collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements.

  • Manage updates of customer information into database systems.
  • Adhere to data workflows within service level agreements (SLA) and maintain high accuracy.
  • Perform quality checks and performance coaching.
  • Handle second-level enquiries from backend customers through checks and verifications against source documents.
  • Investigate on complaints and mitigate measures.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and fulfill objectives.
  • Streamline work processes and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Comply to Risk and Compliance guidelines.
  • Prepare department monthly/ad-hoc reports.
  • Perform data analytics to review work process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Professional/Trade Qualification: Preferably with Insurance Certification.
  • Experience: Preferably minimum 1-2 years of working experience in relevant field.
  • Computer Proficiency: Strong in MS Office (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Competencies: Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential. Demonstrate good critical thinking skills.
  • Work efficiently in a high demand, team-oriented, and fast-paced environment.
  • Must be proactive, work independently, and multi-tasking.
  • Good organizational skill and effective time management.
  • Strong inter-personal and written communication.
