About the Role

We are seeking an experienced senior commercial specialist to join our global team, responsible for managing and maintaining commercial agreements across client programs. The successful candidate will coordinate closely with commercial and operational leaders to develop and execute strategies that drive financial performance and profitability.

This role requires advanced analytical skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Strong working knowledge of CRM software and contract management applications is essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build in-depth knowledge of ERM's financial, commercial, and operational data sets, using this information to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Engage with clients, including procurement teams, to support commercial growth and profitability through effective framework agreement management.
  • Review and analyze client data to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Maintain and update commercial frameworks, ensuring compliance and optimal utilization.
  • Develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate data-driven decision-making and collaborative problem-solving.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position, preferably within a consulting or regulatory environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and collaborate effectively.
  • Advanced knowledge of CRM software, contract management applications, and Microsoft Office.
