Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Specialist to join our team at Trust Recruit Pte. Ltd. as a Shipping Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Cargo Management: Arrange and manage cargo shipments, including preparing shipping documents and coordinating with internal and external parties.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate and complete documentation, including bills of lading and customs permits.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws, including those related to customs and transportation.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on cargo shipments and other relevant activities.
Requirements:
  • Education: A minimum of a Nitec/Higher Nitec, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Logistics/Transportation or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in a shipping or logistics role.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Language: Bilingual in Mandarin, with the ability to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates.
