Job Summary:

The Shipping Coordinator will be responsible for preparing and managing shipping documentations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations and company standards. This role requires strong communication and coordination skills to facilitate outbound shipment delivery to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage shipping documentations, including invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, and airway bills, to facilitate timely transportation to clients.
  • Ensure all shipping documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with industry regulations and company standards.
  • Coordinate import shipment documentations with forwarders for timely transportation to warehouse/supplier.
  • Prepare and send bill of lading, packing list, invoice, and other shipping documents.
  • Support the management team and other sales supporting jobs, including administrative and back-office duties.
  • Book flights and business travel arrangements for the management team.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience.
  • Working experience at Japanese SME is a plus.
  • Food product industry experience will be advantageous.
