Job Title: Shipping Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Shipping Coordinator to join our team at Achieve Career Consultant PTE LTD. As a Shipping Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods from suppliers to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and process all shipping documents, including import and export declarations, commercial invoices, and bills of lading.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure they reach their destination on time and in good condition.
  • Resolve any shipping-related issues or delays in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in shipping regulations and procedures to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Supply Chain Management and Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in food service or supply chain management within the manufacturing industry.
  • Possess Tradenet Certification is an advantage.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using shipping software and tools.
  • Knowledge and familiar with shipping term, shipping documentation and L/C preparation and negotiation.
