Job Overview:

Senior Commercial Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Commercial Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will play a pivotal role in assisting with systems costing and estimation, including quantity take-offs from tender drawings and technical specifications.

  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BOQs), tender submission documents, and any related technical proposals.
  • Support pre-contract cost management, pricing, and sourcing subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Track cost control, assist in variation order (VO) pricing, and support progress claims and final accounts with utmost accuracy.
  • Collaborate closely with AV engineers, project managers, consultants, and suppliers to guarantee accurate commercial documentation.
  • Maintain thorough records of tender documentation and provide support throughout the tendering process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Possess at least a Diploma in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent qualification.
  • At least one year of relevant QS experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience in ELV/M&E/CCTV/Security system would be highly advantageous.
