Job Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant Manager to join our team at ENVIPURE PTE LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, including preparation of quotations and proposals, collation of price comparisons and costing summaries, and assistance in preparing project costings and proposals.

Responsibilities

  1. Prepare quotations and proposals for clients.
  2. Collate price comparisons and costing summaries.
  3. Assist in preparing project costings and proposals.
  4. Ensure compliance with tendering and procurement procedures.
  5. Perform general administrative duties, including filing and data entry.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma in any discipline or equivalent qualification, and at least 2 years of relevant working experience. You should also be meticulous, cost-conscious, independent, highly motivated, and a good team player, and have attended QEHS related awareness training.
