Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Quotation/Proposal Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit quotations/proposals for various projects
  • Collate price comparisons and create a costing summary
  • Develop project costings, prepare proposals, and ensure compliance with tendering and procurement procedures
  • Manage filing, handle email correspondence, and perform data entry tasks
  • Perform general administrative duties

Competency Requirements:

  • GCE "O" Levels/ITE/Diploma in any discipline
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Meticulous, cost-conscious, independent, highly motivated, and a good team player
  • Attended QEHS-related awareness training
