Job Title: Event Experience Manager

This role focuses on delivering exceptional brand experiences, events, and placemaking for a global headquarters in Singapore. The successful candidate will lead the execution of placemaking strategies and activities for a campus development that embodies sustainable and liveable design.

The Event Experience Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create memorable experiences at various scales. This includes managing multiple projects, working with senior leadership and visiting dignitaries, and designing thoughtful, high-impact moments that leave a lasting first impression of the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead and execute placemaking strategies and activities for the campus, including community and client engagement and managing relationships with partners (including government agencies, businesses, community organisations) and internal engagements.
  • Lead brand and marketing efforts for the campus, including refreshing and maintaining webpages, videos, marketing collaterals, on-site materials, and content in an experience/gallery.
  • Work with internal stakeholders, creative teams, and external partners to deliver distinct experiences and branding materials.
  • End-to-end management of key corporate events and visits to the campus, curating experiences for guests and clients.
  • Support overall brand experience and communications efforts, including internal engagements, brand touchpoints, and sponsorship events with industry partners.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience, with a track record of delivering a wide range of events, from smaller engagement events to large corporate events for clients and guests and placemaking efforts.
  • Marketing and Communications experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office. Proficiency in WordPress or equivalent CMS would be a plus.
