Job Description

  • Industry/Organization Type: Hotel and Hospitality Sector
  • Position Title: Event Coordinator Specialist
  • Working Location: Singapore's Central Business District
  • Working Hours: Five-Day Work Schedule (Monday to Friday, Morning to Evening)

Key Responsibilities

  • Build Strong Client Relationships . Establish rapport and maintain ongoing communication with existing clients.
  • Attend Briefings and Review Event Contracts. Ensure last-minute changes are effectively communicated to relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and Follow Up with Operations and Vendors. Oversee the setup and arrangement of event equipment, decor, and logistics.
  • Support Banquet Operations and Logistics. Ensure timely arrangements for events and meetings.
  • Process Relevant Documentations and Follow Up Promptly. Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Deliver Excellent Event Experiences. Handle pre-event discussions and ensure seamless event execution.
  • Collaborate Across Departments. Provide support to other hotel departments as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Diploma in Events Management or a related field
  • Relevant work experience as an Events Coordinator
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Service-oriented and detail-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
