Office Leasing Professional

The role of Office Leasing Professional involves managing the leasing process for office properties. This includes sourcing and securing tenants, collaborating with them to address inquiries and maintain positive relationships, supporting the development and implementation of leasing strategies to maximise occupancy, preparing and reviewing lease agreements and ensuring compliance with policies, monitoring market trends and providing insights to inform leasing activities, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth property handovers and tenant onboarding, and assisting in preparing reports and presentations on leasing performance and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the leasing process for office properties, including sourcing and securing tenants.
