Job Title: Commercial Leasing Manager

The Commercial Leasing Manager position involves overseeing and implementing leasing strategies and trade mix plans across various spaces and properties, including MRT stations, bus interchanges, and retail malls.

Key responsibilities include managing and maximizing the utilization of available space through effective tenancy planning and negotiation of lease terms, as well as maintaining strong relationships with tenants, agents, and other stakeholders.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement commercial leasing strategies to maximize property value and revenue
  • Manage the leasing process, ensuring timely and effective execution of leases
  • Build and maintain relationships with tenants, agents, and other stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform leasing decisions
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards


Requirements:
  • Degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in commercial property leasing or marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
