Job Description:

As a Leasing Executive, you will play a key role in developing and implementing leasing strategies to achieve the desired tenant mix. Your responsibilities will include managing all leasing activities, including enquiries, site viewings, negotiations, renewals, and lease documentation. You will also be responsible for creating marketing materials and internal circulars to support leasing initiatives, staying updated on retail market trends to inform leasing strategies, and preparing annual budgets and financial reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in real estate, business, marketing, or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in retail or commercial leasing.
  • Good knowledge of the retail landscape and leasing best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and lease documentation.
