The Luxury Retailer is looking for a highly skilled and motivated sales professional to join their team.

This role requires exceptional customer service and sales performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing store display standards, arranging merchandise, and replenishing stock according to the company's standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service
    • Greet customers warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere
    • Assist customers in finding suitable products based on their needs and preferences
    • Provide personalized styling advice and recommendations
    • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Fashion Advisory (Sales)
    • Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective sales techniques
    • Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
    • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
    • Maintain client records and follow up with personalized communications

Requirements:

  • No experience required, but proven experience in luxury fashion retail is a plus
  • Strong passion for luxury fashion and a keen sense of style
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
