Job Title: Inventory Specialist

The role of an Inventory Specialist plays a pivotal part in maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring a safe and organized workspace, and providing timely support to internal departments.

  • Receive, inspect, and record all incoming goods, ensuring they meet quality standards and match purchase orders.
  • Acknowledge the receipt of materials and confirm the delivery to production departments.
  • Accurately store, label, and organize inventory in designated areas.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in accordance with company procedures.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records, promptly addressing discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and recording all incoming goods, as well as acknowledging receipts and confirming deliveries. Additionally, they will be expected to maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements: To be considered for this role, applicants should possess at least 1-2 years of related experience, preferably in food manufacturing sector. Prior experience in warehouse or logistics operations is also preferred. Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems are advantageous. The ideal candidate will be physically fit and able to handle manual tasks, demonstrating attention to detail, a sense of responsibility, and excellent communication skills.
