Key Responsibilities
  • We are seeking a talented professional to develop and execute innovative strategies to support medical research and patient programs.
  • The ideal candidate will lead a team to deliver impactful results by overseeing the entire development process from strategy design to donor engagement and recognition.
  • A key responsibility will be building relationships with potential donors, including philanthropists, foundations, corporations, and community partners.
  • The selected individual will craft compelling cases for research support that inspire giving in collaboration with clinicians and researchers.
  • Accountability will be ensured through transparent reporting and meaningful stewardship.
Qualifications & Experience
  • A bachelor's degree in any discipline, with a postgraduate qualification being an advantage.
  • A minimum of 12–15 years of experience in fundraising, advancement, or donor/philanthropic engagement, with proven success.
  • Strong leadership experience, with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
  • Exceptional written, verbal communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • A strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.
  • A passion for healthcare, committed to making a difference in society.
