About This Role:This is a customer-focused position within the Workplace Experience team, where you will be responsible for driving satisfaction and handling workplace engagement matters.
- You will conduct regular facilities inspections to identify areas for improvement and generate reports detailing your findings.
- Maintaining meeting rooms in good condition, ensuring they are clean, well-stocked, and equipped with necessary amenities.
- You will also ensure office equipment is functional and well-maintained, resolving any issues promptly.
- Liaising with vendors to optimize office space functionality and meet stakeholder needs.
- Consolidating customer issues and generating monthly reports to track progress.
- Effective management of customer complaints, addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Supporting event planning and coordination, including setup and maintenance of meeting rooms.
- Ensuring all completed works meet set service level agreements (SLA) standards.
To excel in this role, you will possess strong communication skills, be attuned to customers' needs, and build relationships with stakeholders. Administrative duties will involve managing work orders, finance trackers, and logging 'Good Catches' and 'Near Miss' incidents.
Technical responsibilities include responding to critical room water detection alarms, assisting with building power shutdowns, and verifying fire protection equipment serviceability.
