Facilities Management Expert

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a technical team to improve building, facility, and utility machinery. This includes overseeing new machine installations and managing project work. The team will also coordinate contractor schedules to enhance facility functions.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Facilities Supervisor will ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and safety standards. They will conduct scheduled maintenance for optimal equipment functionality and supervise a team of technicians. Managing expenses is also a critical aspect of this role, as the supervisor must stay within budget.

Project management skills are essential in this position, as the supervisor will oversee project work and coordinate maintenance with contractors and professional engineers. Pest control and landscaping services must also be coordinated effectively.

One of the key qualifications for this role is a NITEC in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering, or Facility Management. A minimum of 1 year of relevant supervisory experience in building/facilities servicing and maintenance is also required. Comfortable working rotating shifts every two weeks is essential.
