Job Title: Digital Transformation Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Transformation Project Manager to lead the advancement of digital transformation projects for government agencies in Singapore.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing stakeholders' business requirements, designing solutions that meet business needs, and working closely with technical teams to deliver high-quality results.

  • Elicit and manage stakeholders' business requirements
  • Design solutions that meet business needs while considering system limitations and technical constraints
  • Work closely with UX designers to plan and organize research activities such as product conceptualization workshops and usability testing

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or related fields
  • Prior experience of at least 4 years in IT business analysis/developer, designing application solutions, and testing
  • Experience in cloud and low-code platforms, data analytics, design thinking, and service design
  • Prior experience in full SDLC/PDLC using Agile methodologies
