Job Opportunity:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor project progress and work closely with customer solutions specialists to propose the next phase of digital transformation.
  • Partner with the network operation center team to perform key service management tasks, including report analysis and incident tracking.
  • Manage fault reports, coordinate internal teams to resolve issues promptly, and handle customer change requests efficiently.
