Country Club Officer Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Country Club Officer to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to members and guests.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for creating and updating recreational lessons, assisting with membership registrations and cancellations, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

  • Create and update existing recreational lessons for publication materials.
  • Assist members in recreational program registrations and cancellations.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Support social events/activities for members.
  • Answer incoming calls and attend to enquiries on recreational matters.
  • Generate monthly invoices and billings for all recreational activities.
  • Manage the bookings of the recreational activities.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Provide quality customer service duties to members and guests.
  2. Attend to members' and guests' inquiries on the phone and face to face.
  3. Supply information regarding the facilities to members and guests.
