Job Title: Fitness and Recreation Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to assume responsibility for the management of fitness and recreation services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To plan, coordinate, and implement fitness and recreation programs that cater to diverse interests and abilities.
  • To supervise and train staff members in areas related to fitness and recreation services.
  • To develop and manage budgets for fitness and recreation services.
  • To evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Sports Management, Fitness Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful program planning and implementation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
