Job Summary:

We are seeking a Recreation Supervisor to oversee the planning and execution of recreational activities for adults and children in a friendly and welcoming environment.


Main Responsibilities:">

  • Conduct regular inventory of supplies, materials, and equipment, and report any low supply items to management.">
  • Encourage guest participation by recruiting, registering, and scheduling guests for recreation activities.">
  • Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere through effective communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Provide information to guests about available recreation facilities and activities, ensuring a seamless experience.">
  • Ensure compliance with local operating procedures and emergency response protocols.">
  • Respond appropriately in case of an emergency, prioritizing guest safety and well-being.">
  • Clean and maintain recreational equipment and supplies, adhering to high standards of quality and hygiene.">
  • Assist management in training, motivating, and coaching employees, fostering a positive work environment.">
  • Serve as a role model, embodying the company's values and expectations.">
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management, promoting a culture of transparency and accountability.">
  • Complete necessary safety training and certifications, staying up-to-date with industry best practices.">
  • Follow company policies and procedures, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.">
