Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at Hermanos Bistro Pte. Ltd. Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef in a high-volume restaurant or bistro.
  • Strong knowledge of Mexican cuisine is a plus.
  • Passion for food, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lead and mentor junior kitchen staff.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
