Job Title

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Shift Team Leader to join our sales team. This role combines sales excellence with leadership responsibility, supervising and supporting team members to deliver outstanding service.

About the Role

This is a key position within our organization, requiring a strong work ethic, enthusiasm and excellent interpersonal skills. As a Shift Team Leader, you will be responsible for guiding and motivating your team to achieve their goals, while providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

  • Proven ability to lead, supervise and support a team of Sales Consultants, Carpark Attendants and Cleaners.
  • Ability to work autonomously while also guiding and motivating team members.
  • Physically fit and capable of handling the demands of a dynamic terminal environment.
  • Exceptional commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Reliable, enthusiastic and equipped with strong communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships.
  • Able to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong work ethic and a positive 'Can Do' attitude.
  • Well presented at all times with a professional approach.
  • Advanced computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Effective planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
