**Primary Description**

Execute the terminal marketing strategy with emphasis on maximizing terminal profit. Manage customer relationships and promote high level of customer satisfaction through facilitating day-to-day marketing operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manages day-to-day operations of the commercial department, including the oversight and reporting of the inquiry/proposal process, maintenance of customer relationships, and involvement with delinquent accounts as needed.
- Participate in negotiations for new contracts and manage administration of existing contracts as necessary for the support of the sales and operations functions.
- Provide management with timely, competitive pricing for current business activity, thereby establishing pricing of Stolthaven assets. This includes evaluation of existing business and new business prospects.
- Maintain interface with other Stolthaven departments (Customer Service, Operations, Engineering, Maintenance), including Product Reviews, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in sales forecast and budget and coordinate with other departments for presentation to management. Maintain business unit revenue models on an asset basis to assure current revenues attain acceptable returns.
- Review and approve invoices in conjunction with Customer Service Manager and Accounting.

**Job Requirements**
- College degree in business, marketing, or finance preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years - with at least 2 years of experience in sales/marketing efforts for terminals or related chemical industry with proven skills in management, sales, contract negotiations and understanding of the chemical distribution market.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong analytical skills.
- Must be able to travel as required for customer and regional meetings.
- Positive and "Can-Do" attitude, striving to deliver great results.
