About the Role

This leadership position will oversee sales growth and revenue targets within a designated territory, aligning company objectives. You will work closely with internal teams to achieve set sales goals, maintain profitable growth, and identify opportunities for expansion.

We are seeking an experienced professional with at least 5-7 years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in the localization industry. A strong track record of achieving sales targets, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders are essential.

Responsibilities
  • Generate new leads through cold calling, trade shows, conferences, and regional organizations.
  • Achieve revenue targets and meet other sales performance requirements.
  • Qualify and close leads sourced by the marketing team.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities to closure.

You will also be responsible for developing a deep understanding of prospects' business goals, competition, growth plans, and challenges, positioning Lionbridge solutions & services effectively.
