Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assume the role of Environmental Services Manager. This individual will be responsible for providing operational management direction and leadership for environmental services functions, encompassing housekeeping, linen management, waste disposal, pest control, and landscape maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement effective operational models and workflows* Provide oversight of emergency response and security plans* Manage in-house core teams and outsourced partners/service providers* Foster initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency of operations

Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with at least 8 years of relevant experience* Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end environmental services* Excellent planning and analytical skills* Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders* Capacity to work under pressure and adapt to challenging conditions
