Operations Manager Position

We seek a seasoned Operations Manager to oversee large-scale cleaning and environmental services operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily cleaning and environmental service operations across government and commercial projects.
  • Maintain compliance with NEA licensing, BCA FM02-L6 standards, ISO certifications, and workplace safety regulations.
  • Oversee manpower deployment, training, recruitment, and performance management.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships with government agencies and commercial partners.
  • Monitor resource utilization, optimize manpower, and ensure service delivery in line with SLAs.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager on tenders, audits, and contract renewals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Facilities/Environmental Services, or related field.
  • 10–15 years of senior leadership experience in cleaning, facilities management, or manpower-intensive industries.
  • Proven ability to manage workforces of 1,000+ staff members.
  • Strong understanding of NEA/BCA regulations, ISO standards, and contract management principles.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Hands-on, results-driven approach, balancing strategy and operations effectively.
