Job Overview

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with strong accounting skills to support our team at Reclaims Enterprise Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities
  1. Process and verify documents related to accounts receivable and payable, including invoices and delivery orders.
  2. Key in sales delivery orders and reconcile customer/supplier invoices.
  3. Data entry into our system and ensure all documents are in order before processing payment.
  4. Perform general administrative duties and assist with ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A positive working attitude, proactive and meticulous approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fresh graduates welcome.
What We Offer

As a valued member of our team, you can expect:

  • An estimated salary range of SGD 25,000 - SGD 35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • 5 working days a week, plus 1 Saturday per month.
  • A dynamic and supportive work environment.
